Booking Terms & Conditions
La Casita de Dylan — Sands Beach Resort, Costa Teguise, Lanzarote
These terms apply to all bookings made for the property. By completing a booking you agree to these conditions.
1. The Booking
A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us. Your selected dates will be held for 2 days from the point of confirmation. If the deposit (over 30 days to booking) or full payment (less than 30 days to booking) is not received within this period, the hold will be released and the dates will become available again.
2. Payment
Your booking is not confirmed until a deposit or full payment has been received and you have received written confirmation from us.
If your booking is more than 30 days away, a £150 deposit will be required to secure your reservation. Payment must be made within 2 days of receiving your booking confirmation via https://revolut.me/laurencecope.
If your booking is within 30 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancel 14 or more days before your arrival date — full refund, no questions asked.
- Cancel less than 14 days before your arrival date — unfortunately no refund can be issued, as the dates are unlikely to be re-booked at short notice.
Cancellations must be made in writing (email is fine). Please email from the address tied to the booking. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice.
Note: We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: from 4:00pm on your arrival date
- Check-out: by 10:00am on your departure date
Early check-in and/or late check-out may be possible depending on availability — just ask in advance and we’ll do our best.
5. Occupancy
The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. The number of guests must not exceed this.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Please treat the property and its contents with care.
- The property should be left in a reasonable, clean condition on departure. All dishes an cutlery washed.
- Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged to you.
- Please respect the resort’s community rules and neighbouring properties — no excessive noise, particularly between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
7. Smoking & Pets
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property. (Outdoor terrace/patio is fine.)
- Pets — please check with us before booking.
8. Liability
We take care to ensure the property is well-maintained and accurately described. However, we cannot be held responsible for events outside our control (e.g. resort facilities, weather, local disruptions). We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during the stay.
9. Changes to Your Booking
If you need to change your dates, get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. Changes are not guaranteed.
